Note that for the 2010-11 financial year, because the OAIC only commenced part way through the year, the OAIC's budget is contained in two parts - one being the former Office of the Privacy Commissioner's budget and a separate part for the OAIC establishment within the PM&C Budget Statement itself (at page 34).
