Our structure
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):
- is a co-located office (based in Canberra and Sydney)
- incorporates the staff of the former Office of the Privacy Commissioner
- has engaged new staff to handle its expanded functions
- has two advisory committees, the Information Advisory Committee and the Privacy Advisory Committee
