2011–12 Freedom of information agency statistics

Australian Government ministers and agencies, three of the Commonwealth parliamentary departments, the Norfolk Island government administration and the NBN Co Ltd, are required by s 93 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and reg 5 of the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982 to submit statistical returns to the OAIC every quarter.

The full data set contained in the following document, which shows individual agency details, has been extracted from the web based database that agencies directly submit their returns into each quarter.
