Grants and appointments

We produce a list of current statutory appointments to OAIC (as a Senate Order requires) and table them 3 times a year, no later than 7 days before the start of:

  • budget estimates
  • supplementary budget estimates
  • additional estimates

The reporting period starts on the day after the previous period ends. It lasts until 2 weeks before the next list is due for tabling.

We also produce a list of grants the OAIC awards. We publish information about the grant when it’s awarded.

Advisory committees

There are no current appointments to the Information Advisory Committee under section 27 of the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 or to the Privacy Advisory Committee under section 82(3) of the Privacy Act 1988.
