Privacy (Credit Related Research) Rule 2014

The Privacy (Credit Related Research) Rule 2014 is a legislative instrument made under section 20M of the Privacy Act 1988

The use or disclosure of de-identified information by credit reporting bodies when conducting credit related research is permitted when that research complies with this Rule and section 20M.

The Rule applies from 6 May 2014.
