The CDR complaint form is for consumers who think that a provider may have mishandled their CDR data.

CDR data includes information about you such as your name and contact details, as well as detailed information about your use of a specific product or service.

If your complaint does not relate to CDR Data, but is about your personal information,  you can lodge a complaint using the OAIC’s Privacy Complaint Form.
