2012–13 Freedom of information agency statistics

Australian Government ministers and most agencies are required by s 93 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and reg 5 of the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982 to submit statistical returns to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) every quarter.

The full 2012–13 dataset contained in the following document, which shows individual agency details, has been extracted from the web based database that agencies directly submit their returns into each quarter.
