You can now register for the Data + Privacy Asia Pacific conference held in Sydney on 12 July — an event which will set the agenda on the latest privacy and data protection trends, and deliver insights into upcoming regulation and policy developments.

Leaders in privacy and cybersecurity from across the Asia Pacific region will come together to discuss the relationship between privacy and digital innovation and the challenges and opportunities it presents for both the private and public sector. The conference’s diverse program covers three key topic areas: ‘new technologies’, ‘health and privacy’, and ‘protecting reputations’.

Privacy and data security professionals interested in learning about the latest developments in this area are encouraged to attend. Register before 30 March for 15% off full-ticket prices.

The Data + Privacy Asia Pacific conference is held in the same week that the Australian Information and Privacy Commissioner, Timothy Pilgrim, hosts the two-day 47th Asia Pacific Privacy Authorities (APPA) Forum. This week will be a rare opportunity for Australian businesses and agencies to hear from many of the world’s leading commercial and government privacy experts from countries such as Canada, Hong Kong, Mexico, the United States of America, Singapore and New Zealand.
