New Multicultural Access and Equity Plan for 2017–18

We have recently published our Multicultural Access and Equity Plan for 2017–18.

The OAIC’s services have a direct impact on individual’s rights and ability to access information — so it is crucial that we understand and respond to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities to ensure we can assist and educate all Australians about their privacy and FOI rights.

This plan applies six commitments to all our relevant activities that affect CALD communities.

  3. performance
  4. capability
  5. responsiveness
  6. openness.
