Tags: news

The OAIC is seeking public comments on a series of new draft health privacy resources for health service providers and consumers.

The new resources reflect the 2014 reforms to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the publication of the Australian Privacy Principles guidelines, and will replace the OAIC’s existing health privacy guidance for providers and consumers.

The consultation closes on Tuesday 20 October 2015.
