Australian Information Commissioner and Privacy Commissioner Angelene Falk joined the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Section for a seminar on key privacy developments in 2020.
The seminar covered:
- the OAIC’s privacy regulatory priorities for 2020-21
- privacy in the COVID-19 environment
- developments affecting the flow of personal information across borders and the need for global interoperability
- the Privacy Act review
